By accessing and using the Gold Investment platform ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform.

5. Referral Program Terms

5.1 Eligibility

All verified users are automatically enrolled in our referral program. You can earn commissions by referring new users to the Platform.

5.2 Commission Structure

• Level 1: 2% commission from direct referrals
• Level 2: 1% commission from Level 1 referrals
• Level 3: 1% commission from Level 2 referrals
• Level 4: 1% commission from Level 3 referrals
• Level 5: 1% commission from Level 4 referrals

5.3 Commission Payment

• Commissions are paid in real-time as referrals invest
• Minimum withdrawal for referral earnings: $10
• Commissions are subject to 30-day hold for fraud prevention
• Referral earnings can be reinvested or withdrawn

5.4 Prohibited Referral Practices

• Self-referring or creating multiple accounts
• Using spam or unsolicited marketing
• Offering incentives for registration
• Misrepresenting the Platform's services
• Using automated referral systems

Note: All fees are subject to change with 30 days notice. Current fees are displayed in your account dashboard.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

7.1 Investment Risk

All investments carry risk. The value of gold investments can fluctuate. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should only invest funds you can afford to lose.

7.2 Platform Availability

We strive for 99.9% platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses due to platform downtime or maintenance.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gold Investment shall not be liable for:

• Investment losses or market fluctuations
• Technical issues or platform downtime
• Third-party actions or services
• Force majeure events
• Indirect or consequential damages

8. Termination & Suspension

8.1 User Termination

You may close your account at any time by submitting a closure request. Outstanding investments must complete their cycle before closure.

8.2 Platform Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent activity
• Required by law or regulation
• You become insolvent or bankrupt

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform ceases
• Outstanding balances will be paid
• We may retain data as required by law
• Referral commissions stop accruing

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9.2 Arbitration

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY. Arbitration shall be conducted in English under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

9.3 Class Action Waiver

You waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations. All claims must be brought individually, not as a class member.
